UV comes separately and you will need to apply yourself 

Best way is to stick the UV to your foam stick is apply the UV and leave for a few hours then peel away gently if anything does start a lift while removing the UV protective film just simply push down with your nail and it will stay on. You could also try the heat method with a hairdryer, but this is not something I needed to do!
